Established in 2016, Quality of Life Inc. (QLI) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization passionately dedicated to enhancing the well-being of youth and their families in our community. Recognizing the importance of individual well-being, QLI provides a variety of programs, events, and resources, emphasizing the message: "Your Well-being Matters." The organization is committed to inspiring and improving the quality of life through education, community programs, and individual and family services.

At the helm is Deuene Hickman, the visionary Founder and President of QLI, who has devoted over two decades to providing mental health programs and services. His profound commitment to community empowerment has left an indelible mark on the lives of those served. Under Deuene's leadership, QLI focuses on personal, educational, and social development through initiatives such as mental health programs, truancy reduction, workforce development, mentoring, and life-skills coaching.
